Description of the job profile:
The applicant must do the following (in agreement with the Sales Management)
- follow and manage the relations with the customers for the territorial area of relevance;
- carry out actions intended to acquire new customers;
- manage the customers’ needs and requirements for after-sales service;
- conduct trade negotiations and close orders;
- attend trade fairs, initiatives and meetings to generate relations and opportunities;
- organise his/her own agenda to create a loyalty process with active customers and generate value.

Characteristics of the sought-after profile:
- Sales experience in the sector of Construction / Earth Movement / Machinery.
- Interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Capacity of negotiation and management of complex negotiations.
- Determination, reliability and organisational transparency.
- Capacity of confrontation and dialogue with the company’s different contact persons and aptitude for teamwork.
- Aptitude for self-learning and autonomy in work.
- Strong motivation and willingness to work for objectives and in view of career development.
- Good communication skills, aptitude for problem-solving and flexibility.
- Good knowledge of all necessary technological media, such as PC and Smartphone.
