Tipper asphalt Thermobox

Thermobox TBR is a Tipper asphalt thermocontainer (thermally insulated container) having a high load capacity; its purpose is to keep asphalt hot and workable all day long; the machine is mounted and directly fastened to the chassis of the customer’s truck.

Our Tipper asphalt Thermocontainer is equipped with two upper doors hydraulically controlled by hydraulic cylinders enabling the operator to open the doors and load the bituminous conglomerate at the production plant; once loaded, the material can be directly transported to the road construction site.

Our asphalt thermocontainers are completely insulated by a thick layer of rock mineral wool to prevent the material from cooling down and to guarantee a lot of hours of workability.

The inner side of our thermocontainer is subdivided into two compartments forming a “V”-shaped hopper, whose angle of slip enables asphalt to converge towards the bottom and to be metered through the two independent doors (hydraulically controlled) at the back of the machine.

Asphalt is metered through a tipper system operated by a hydraulic cylinder with more than one telescopic extension.
