Description
Vertical thermosilos for storing bituminous emulsions for installation at bituminous conglomerate production plants.
The silos engineered and manufactured by Bruno Group observe all the rules in force and they can be supplied with two different heating technologies: electric or diathermic oil heating
The two systems are both efficient, but they exhibit some differences in terms of operating costs and energy consumption.
The vertical thermosilos for emulsions can be supplied with or without insulation, according to the customer’s request.
Our innovative heating system of vertical thermosilos for emulsion enables the operator to draw even small material quantities where appropriate without having to heat the whole content (as in the case of horizontal tanks).
The tanks are equipped with an electric board enabling the operator to control the internal temperature of the bituminous emulsion thanks to the electronic sensors placed on the tank shell; moreover, it is possible to control any other handling process for load and unload.
Moreover, it is possible to supply thermosilos in any other size, made to measure according to the customer’s needs.
